Jeffrey founded McGaha Heating & Cooling in 2003 and has remained actively involved in the field serving customers ever since.

What started as a local heating and cooling business has grown into a team serving homes and businesses throughout Honea Path, Anderson County and the surrounding Upstate—but Jeffrey has never lost sight of the values the company was built on.

For Jeffrey, taking care of customers means providing dependable service, treating people fairly and standing behind the work his name is attached to.

Jeffrey and his wife, Ami, have been married for 26 years and have two children. Family plays a major role in both his personal life and the business, so it's not unusual for spending time with the family to also mean spending time together at McGaha Heating & Cooling.

As our Office Manager, Ami is the voice behind McGaha Heating & Cooling. She helps customers when they call, schedules appointments and keeps the day-to-day operation moving.

Ami has been an important part of building McGaha Heating & Cooling into the family business it is today. Whether you're calling because your air conditioner stopped cooling, your heater needs attention or you're ready to schedule an estimate, Ami helps make sure you're connected with the right member of our team.

Behind every good field team is someone keeping everything organized—and around here, that's Ami.

Cam has been part of the McGaha Heating & Cooling team for 7 years and has become a valued part of both our company and our family.

Cam graduated from Piedmont Technical College's HVAC program, where he earned his HVAC certifications and developed the technical foundation he brings to customers in the field today.

When Cam isn't working on heating and cooling systems, he enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible—especially fishing.

There's also another reason we consider Cam family: he's married to Jeffrey's daughter.

So when we say McGaha Heating & Cooling is family operated, we really mean it.

Luke has been with McGaha Heating & Cooling for 5 years and has become an important part of our team.

Along with gaining hands-on experience in the field, Luke is continuing to build his HVAC knowledge through Piedmont Technical College, where he is studying HVAC and is expected to graduate this fall.

Luke brings that combination of classroom education and real-world experience to the work he performs for our customers throughout the Upstate.

Outside of work and school, Luke enjoys hunting—and if it's duck season, you can probably guess where he'd rather be.

Josh joined McGaha Heating & Cooling 4 years ago and quickly became a natural fit with our team.

He brings a strong work ethic to the job and has become another important part of the group our customers rely on for their heating and cooling needs.

Away from work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family. He's also enjoying a newer role outside of HVAC—being a dad.

For Josh, family time is a priority, which makes him a great fit for a company where family has always been at the center of what we do.

If you see Lane working with the McGaha Heating & Cooling team, there's a good chance it's summertime.

Lane attends North Greenville University, where he is completing his Business degree while also playing baseball for NGU.

During his summers away from school, Lane works alongside the McGaha team and continues learning the family business firsthand.

After graduating from North Greenville University, Lane plans to join McGaha Heating & Cooling full-time and continue the next generation of the family business.

Around here, HVAC knowledge isn't the only thing being passed down—the commitment to taking care of our customers and community is too.
